About Us

About ...

cider bros ROADHOUSE is the perfect marriage of culinary creativeness and entrepreneurial energy. Since our opening at this location in May of 2019, we've been proud to earn a great many wonderful reviews from those who've spent some time with us.

We focus on Southern Comfort-style foods made with the Hudson Valley's freshest ingredients and we serve it in a relaxed, friendly, family-style environment. With indoor and outdoor dining, you're sure to enjoy our offerings in a comfortable setting.

Cider Bros is the vision of Stephanie Fitzpatrick and Caleb Kimble. Stephanie's seemingly boundless energy for family, horses, kids, animals, ice cream and great food is the driving force behind the business while Caleb's culinary genius (and CIA training .... that's the Culinary Institute of America, not the other CIA) fuels the flavors and the smells and the presentation of all we do.

Caleb Kimble

Caleb Kimble

Co-Owner, Chef

Caleb is a native of Southwest Florida where he graduated from Gulf Coast High School in 2013 (where he was the president and captain of the culinary club) before heading to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park where he graduated in 2016.

Caleb worked at a number of restaurants on the East Coast before finding his way to what was formerly the Heirloom Cafe in Clermont, NY, where he and Stephanie first met.

His work was an obvious stand-out in the area and the cafe quickly became too small for the crowds he was attracting. When the current building became available, he and Stephanie founded cider bros ROADHOUSE which opened in May of 2019.
